Council Bluffs SERVEFEST was started many years ago by a group called, “Love CB.” This was a dedicated group of pastors and church leaders from Council Bluffs committed to showing love and life in Council Bluffs. SERVEFEST continues today mainly as a day of the year where Christians gather in support of the people of our community.
